2. Personal data we process
Through the forms and contact channels on this website we may process:
- Identity and contact data: full name, phone number, e-mail address.
- Request data: the procedure you are interested in and anything you write in your message.
- Health data (special category): health information you choose to share in your message and photos you send via WhatsApp. This data is processed only with your explicit consent; sharing it is entirely optional.
- Site statistics: anonymous visit counts kept without cookies (page views, clicks on WhatsApp and phone links).
3. Purposes
Your data is processed to:
- receive and handle appointment and preliminary-evaluation requests;
- reply to your messages and contact you;
- meet legal obligations and keep the website secure.
4. Legal basis
Identity and contact data are processed to handle your request and for our legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, 5/2-f); health data and photos are processed on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 6/2-3). By ticking the consent box in the form you confirm that you have read this notice and agree to the processing described. You may withdraw consent at any time.
5. Who receives your data
Your data is never sold. It is shared only as needed to provide the service:
- Appointment and patient-request management software provider: requests submitted through the form are stored in appointment and patient-request management software hosted in Turkey or the EU.
- WhatsApp (Meta): when you write to us on WhatsApp, your messages and photos are processed on Meta’s infrastructure under its own terms; this may involve transfer abroad and is entirely your choice.
- Google Maps: the map on the contact page is provided by Google, which may process visit data under its own policies when the map loads.
- Competent public authorities where required by law.
6. Retention
Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a patient record is created, for the retention periods required by health legislation and other applicable laws. It is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
By contacting the data controller you may request to:
- learn whether your data is processed and request information about it;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly;
- know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Turkey or abroad;
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
- request deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7 and its notification to third parties;
- object to an outcome against you resulting from automated analysis;
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
Send your request by e-mail to [email protected]. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process requires a cost, the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
9. Cookies and statistics
This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Visit and click counts are tallied for aggregate statistics only, without any cookie or identifier that could identify you. Fonts are served from the site’s own server.
